Two posts in a week???

Cinnamon just makes me burst with glee and I couldn’t wait to make this and share!  It’s pumpkin season and I NEED ALL OF THE RECIPES!

I’ve already made Pumpkin Spiced Cake and Pumpkin Scones.  This weekend was a healthy breakfast pumpkin muffin and pumpkin cinnamon rolls (with a twist).

What’s better than cinnamon rolls??  Pumpkin cinnamon rolls.  And what’s better than pumpkin in your cinnamon rolls??

A PUMPKIN CINNAMON ROLL BIGGER THAN YOUR HEAD!!
I have already confessed that I hoard recipes from social media and I kept seeing a video  recipe for this GIANT delicious sugar concoction.  I couldn’t stop thinking of how fun it would be to make one when I remembered how much better it would be to use a recipe I already knew would be great that HAD PUMPKIN.  (Link to source and recipe :  Ambitious Kitchen’s pumpkin cinnamon rolls.  (I doubled the brown butter.)

Instead of rolling the entire single layer of dough you cut strips length wise and individually roll them.  You make one roll and then continuously roll each strip around each roll.

You need this in your life.  Grab yourself some coffee and dig in!
