I’ve been baking a lot lately. What started as a blog to share photos of my baking has turned into a journal of all that God has done in my life because while I’m a baker I’m also a Child of God. (I might be a baker, but as my cousin’s little boy states…He’s a ‘caker’. 😀 )
November was busy and so good. In between my God posts were a lot of moments spent in my kitchen. I also got to visit with this sweet guy.

A friend also ordered a cake for her 30th birthday party. I was nervous about it, but glad I took the order.
“If it scares you it might be a good thing to try.”

Before

After 😀

After delivery! Proud moment means shameless selfie. 😛
After a near emotional breakdown and two naps I was done! I was a completely different person after delivery was over! What a relief!
My cousin (who is like my sister) and her family came in town the weekend before Thanksgiving.
We were “cakers” and made the best chocolate chip cookies the world has ever seen! 🙂

I was blessed with people’s orders for Thanksgiving and this past weekend worked on my December baking menu.
On November’s menu (including, but not limited to…): giant pumpkin cinnamon roll ; Pumpkin Pie; Nutella Stuffed Blondies ; Almond Cookies; Almond Cupcakes.
Yesterday morning I had gotten myself so worked up over these new recipes I couldn’t wait to try that I couldn’t finish working out and had to flee the gym.
I was over thinking all these cookie variations and rushing to Walmart when I pulled in the parking lot and ‘Everybody Dance Now’ came on the radio. I had to lap the block so the song would finish before I parked and went to get the ingredients I couldn’t wait to buy…….
#priorities
White chocolate mint fudge; Red Velvet sugar cookies with White Chocolate icing; Double Chocolate cookie with White chocolate icing; Chocolate with Chocolate icing

And finally…….
Red velvet cheesecake brownies!!

God is so good.
It’s nice to be Thankful in all things….
