I just saw a post someone wrote…

Their brother was depressed, worked out, had goals, had friends and a supportive family yet he still killed himself.

She said something that is so true… depression isn’t a weak frame of mind, but sickness.  You can’t just ‘snap out of it’.  There’s no amount of inspirational quotes or positive things you can say or do that can heal you.
